At G4AL we develop exciting AAA blockchain games, as well as the tools to help gamers and game developers benefit from crypto. We are expanding, and are on the lookout for an experienced Web3 Fullstack developer to join our highly motivated team. We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with experience in Web3 to support and grow our engineering team across a variety of different products. This role will focus primarily on developing both our Web3-based browser dashboards from the ground up, and continuing to build critical pieces of technological architecture for the next stage of Web3 and crypto adoption. The role will cover the full product life-cycle for our upcoming crypto games and NFT infrastructure, along with the creation of our 3rd party platform for developers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with smart contract engineers and game developers to design, implement and improve a functional user-friendly experience for Web3 technologies.
  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and smart contract developers.
  • Own and plan projects and products end to end for long-term impact – including UI, backend, testing, etc.
  • Help identify friction points and implement solutions to improve potential bottlenecks in the development process.
  • Help planning key infrastructure decisions in terms of scalability and robustness.

About you

Essential:
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects from planning to execution.
  • Experience managing a small team in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, with attention to detail, a can-do attitude and creative flair.
  • A passion for gaming and/or an interest in the blockchain.
  • Open to learning, teaching, and sharing knowledge
  • Proven relevant experience building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Experience in Node.
  • Experience building scalable solutions on GCP infrastructure.
  • Experience with web3.js and developing DeFi applications.
  • Familiarity with Solidity development and a passion for Web3.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
  • A deep understanding of the architecture of modern Web3 applications and backends.
  • Experience building and maintaining a production system at scale.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Spanish and English language fluency.

Nice to have:

  • Professional experience in the video game or blockchain industry.
  • Knowledge of Blazor technology, Visual Studio and GCloud
  • Familiarity with BnB/BAS Chain
  • Understanding HTML/CSS
  • Integration of common wallet providers
  • IPFS knowledge.
