The People team takes care of Cake DeFi’s greatest asset, its people. As culture custodians, we ensure that every team member is fully aligned with our DNA. What you’ll do:
- Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams on administrative matters
- Maintain our job advertisements on various websites
- Support the TA team in the scheduling of interviews
- Drive the interview process forward, ensuring interview feedback is entered on time, and accurately
- Manage the visa matters for the team
- Drive the onboarding process from the time a candidate accepts the job verbally
- Once you're settled, be constantly looking for ways to make the team work better
- There will be ample opportunities to take on scopes and projects beyond day to day admin, should you be keen on doing so
What you’ll need:
- At least 1 year experience with HR administration matters
- Experience working in growth stage tech-focused businesses
- Knowledge of Singapore's employment policies and regulations
- An understanding of the crypto space will be very advantageous
- Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Track record of being meticulous and accurate, working with sensitive information that have no room for error
- Be able to present and articulate ideas
- Fluency in English is required.
