The Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to be part of the Townstar team. You will help us in identifying any bugs or errors we need to eliminate. 

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing on web-based games.
• Collaborate with Quality Software Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Create test cases from requirements.
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional web testing experience 
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software tool like JIRA
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Nice-to-have Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in project QA methodology.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Game testing experience
• Familiarity with Gitlab
• Automation experience is a plus
