About the position
As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enable and empower our partner ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our partners, providing them with the necessary resources, tools, and training to effectively scope and deliver our products or services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, global services, and product development, to ensure seamless alignment between internal and external stakeholders. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of our business through the success of our partners.
The position can be based in the United Kingdom. Applicants should hold a valid Right to Work in the location.
Responsibilities
- Deliver partner trainings of Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices
- Design and deliver training programs to educate partners about our products, services, positioning, competitive advantages, etc.
- Create and curate training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides, tailored to different partner segments
- Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of partner enablement programs
- Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with partners, and act as a primary point of contact and technical champion for partner inquiries and issues
- Provide ongoing support to partners, address technical questions, and help them overcome any obstacles
- Navigate transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success Teams in a steady state handoff
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively
- Drive value to customers through partner delivery
- Ensure partners are delivering the latest best practices
- Reduce the time to value through structured project playbooks
- Validate business goals are defined and attained
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams:
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on business priorities and ensure consistent messaging to partners
- Collaborate with the sales and global service teams to ensure that partners have the necessary resources to effectively scope and deliver Keyfactor projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Significant experience in large enterprise IT environments (via services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement)
- Strong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems
- Understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals
- Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills with the most complex partner deployments
- Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory
- Active Directory Certificate Services
- Active Directory Federation Services
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux
- Advanced scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, Powershell, etc.)
- Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as needed
- Familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography
- Competency with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Kerberos protocol – OAuth authentication is a plus
- Knowledge of EJBCA product stack is a plus
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
