Position Summary
Elevate Ventures is seeking a talented Operations Manager to spearhead the leadership team. This hands-on role will manage the operation of the company's business, marketing, analyst and content teams. What You Will Do
- Inspire leadership within the organization to implement goals that aligns with company objectives
- Manage all operational functions pertaining to the company’s business, marketing, analyst, content and admin teams
- Develop, implement and iterate effective operational procedures that enhances productivity across the organization
- Strategic planning, decision-making and execution of projects
- Account management of clients and portfolio projects
- Manage budgeting, scheduling and financial reporting
- Work closely with management team to align operational goals with company strategies and objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, partners, and portfolio projects
- Prepare and lead business meetings, present pitch materials and promote company brands
- Collaborate with designers, writers, marketing and business teams to create presentations and marketing materials
- Research and development on industry topics
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations, policies and laws
- Assist with recruiting, training, and managing an efficient operations team
- Assist with any tasks in relation to company objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech or consulting startup
- Strong leadership, English communication and people management skills
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Understanding of project management principles and software such as Asana
- Bonus qualification: Thai fluency
