Responsibilities:

- Execution of the company's UX/UI strategy, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder feedback.

- Design the wireframes of dApps and Websites for a variety of products in Web3 with focus on: Interaction Design, Information Architecture and Content, not the creative/visual/aesthetic design.

- Drives the UX/UI design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Drive the creation of user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into our design processes.

- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.

- Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to augment the internal design capabilities and resources.


Requirements:

- Demonstrated understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Demonstrated expertise in Web3 (not CEX, not NFT marketplaces) UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects in the industry, including DeFi and/or blockchain use cases.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in senior roles.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
