LECLE is a global software house headquartered in South Korea. Founded in 2014, we received an initial investment from The Ventures and went through Plug and Play's accelerating program. Since then, we have offered innovative solutions that are best suited to various customers in Korea. In August 2017, we officially expanded our business to Vietnam with R&D Center named LECLE VIETNAM in Ho Chi Minh City.
Since 2018, we have decided to shift our focus onto blockchain business while continuing to develop our outsourcing projects.

Actively seek, approach new customers in the IT outsourcing market, and develop market segments to promote LECLE business.
Develop, expand, and maintain a close relationship with customers/clients.
Build up and effectively manage continuous opportunity/customer pipeline to ensure stable business situation.
Work cross-functionally and cooperate with all stakeholders to understand customer needs and make a proposal to customers.
Update information on customers and potential customers, control the success rate of cooperation and report to superiors.
Ensure and promote sales, according to set targets.
At least 1+ years experience in IT Sales/Account Manager/Business Development position.
Good command of English.
Proactive and aggressive to achieve target goal.
Good negotiation skills, Presentation skills, Communication skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Flexible attitude, reliable and can work independently.
