Responsibilities:
The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for building and launching new payment products and experiences. Assessing emerging technologies’ impact on driving product decisions. Identifying data-driven insights and product recommendations as they relate to money movement for fiat currencies and crypto assets on public blockchains which contribute to Circle’s broader product vision. Driving product decisions and providing leadership and guidance while developing strategic plans for product development. Creating product materials for marketing, sales, and support. Incorporating changes to products based on information provided by new proposals and researching to ensure products are delivering to customers and prospective customer needs. Collaborating with design and engineering teams to develop requirements and deliver product improvements to customers. Reviewing project plans to coordinate activity. Providing analytical expertise to help inform the strategy for cross-functional teams. Develop a framework of metrics to measure customer satisfaction, usage, and adoption. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to Circle headquarters in Boston, MA.
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements:
*2 years of experience in the job offered or related product management position. Other special requirements include: Two (2) years of experience working in the product development lifecycle; Two (2) years of experience analyzing metrics related to service adoption and usage; Two (2) years of experience collaborating with internal teams to ensure continued product success; Two (2) years of experience using project management tools such as Confluence and Jira; Two (2) years of experience using design tools such as Figma and Sketch; Two (2) years of experience using data analysis tools (such as Tableau and Google Analytics) and qualitative data analysis tools (HubSpot and Medallia) to analyze large amount of customer feedback and other data; and two (2) years of experience using SQL to perform various data operations.
*In lieu of a Master’s degree and two years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related product position.
Rate of Pay: $225,000 – $250,000
