Head Of Product

Our client, a leading blockchain technology company, is seeking a talented and experienced Head of Product to join their team. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for the company’s blockchain products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the company’s blockchain products
• Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and product requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development decisions
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the product roadmap aligns with technical capabilities and timelines
• Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns
• Develop and manage product metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of the products
• Build and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience in leading product teams
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling innovative products
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
• Passion for innovation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
