Head of Growths

The CMO will be the mastermind behind Airstacks marketing strategy and new initiatives. You will take charge of managing the marketing department and systems, guiding the team's marketing efforts and coordinating with the Business Development lead for maximum impact. We are looking for a driven web3 marketer to join the Airstack core team, and help grow the ecosystem which will onboard hundreds of new developers over the next few years. ‍

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and build out new initiatives and systems.
• Manage our technical writers.
• Tracking key marketing KPIs, and ensuring we’re improving month to month.
• Hiring and marketing freelancers to support the marketing effort- including video editors, designers, and more.
• Create timelines and strategy for executing marketing and PR campaigns around key announcements.
• Lead our community marketing efforts.
• Setup analytics and use data to help create pricing strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of web 3 marketing experience.
• Proven experience in technical product marketing at a startup (preferably in crypto)
• You have experience with managing and growing a marketing team.
• Crypto native.
• Preferably somewhat technical and you understand the API business model.
• Preferably also has a sales background (optional).
