We are looking for:
We are looking for a Growth Strategist to join our team. You will act as a CMO for some of our key clients. You must have a Growth Marketing background and have the right mix of analytical, creative and strategy chops in your DNA. Additionally, you must have experience with product and multiple marketing channels.
You'll do:
Act as an on-demand CMO for some of our key brands
Own brand goals and growth metrics and report back on the client's/account business growth
Lead, plan, and managed growth marketing campaigns for assigned brands that drives new customer acquisition, and customer retention, and increased brand awareness across paid social, paid search/SEM, SEO, email, product, etc
Proactively dig into client's data to identify opportunities for testing and optimization across acquisition and retention channels
Execute project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets
Communicate progress and activities with the client and internal team
Manage and collaborate with internal and external team members to achieve overall client KPIs/ objectives.
Requirements:
Curious and always learning.
Have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Able to lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, own successes and learnings, and report back on strategic growth metrics.
Have interest in Web3, especially cryptocurrencies.
