Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-driven Tokenomics & Game Economy Specialist to join our innovative Project Sunrise team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blockchain gaming, economic modeling, and token economy balancing. You will play a crucial role in designing and refining the core economic mechanics of our NFT-powered collectible card game, ensuring a robust, balanced, and engaging player economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, model, and optimize the token economy for sustainable growth and engagement.
• Perform data-driven analysis to balance NFT card lifecycles, upgrade paths, lootbox mechanics, and token utility within the game.
• Create and refine economic models, simulations, and forecasts to predict player behaviors, token flow, and economic outcomes.
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust economic parameters based on real-time data and feedback from the community.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and blockchain engineers to implement robust, secure, and balanced economy mechanics.
• Contribute to smart contract design (Solidity) to ensure seamless integration of economic strategies within our blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure economic systems align with the project's vision, encouraging sustainable player engagement and healthy market dynamics.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with expertise in economic modeling, tokenomics, and game economy design.

• Familiarity with Machinations or similar etc.
• Experience in balancing complex economies, ideally within Web3 or gaming projects.
• Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex economic concepts to diverse teams.
• Passion for gaming, strategy games, and decentralized technologies.

• Previous experience with successful NFT or blockchain gaming projects.
