We are looking for a Full Stack Developer and Senior Solidity Engineer to develop a new application based on an existing technical design. Your work will include the development and deployment of critical infrastructure that will be the launching point for a new product. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop the solution based on the existing technical design. You will contribute to development and marketing design for a smart contract and blockchain application through an Agile process. Your insight into architecture and solutioning will be crucial to build a solid scalable platform.
Preferred experience:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills and industry experience
- 5+ years of professional experience developing production systems
- 5+ years of full stack development
- 5+ years of solidity development using the Polygon/Ethereum infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of architectural and design decisions
- Experience with software engineering best practices, such as design and code reviews, source control management, or build, testing and operations processes
- Track record of leadership roles in web3 development projects
- Self-motivated and work effectively remotely and with a high degree of autonomy
- Must be able to generate independent code and sign a non disclosure agreement
- Ability to document code properly and transition knowledge
Plus experience:
- Broad experience across various systems, products and industries, past journeys as early members in a startup
- Experience with auditing smart contracts
- Leadership roles on several start up applications
- Passion for Polygon and web3 applications
