Front End Engineer

We are looking for a Front End Engineer who is ready to rapidly create, iterate and launch high quality software that engages Interlock users all over the world. Ultimately, you should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our fast growth and the rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem. This role is fully remote and full time. You will be working alongside our team to build and maintain our entire codebase. We want you to join us!

Responsibilities

With keen focus on user experience and careful attention to detail:

• Develop efficient, performant UX
• Write scalable code compatible with current versions of major browsers
• Migrate existing code to modern patterns
• Think through edge cases and unexpected user interactions
• Structure pages to optimize for fast load time and efficient data access
• Coordinate with teams responsible for other layers of product infrastructure

Requirements

A passion for clever solutions, and expertise or experience in:

• Writing testable JavaScript
• Developing components in Vue.js and regular browsers
• Creating maintainable CSS abstractions
• Using developer tools to debug and profile code
• Consuming REST and websocket APIs efficiently
• Navigating a large codebase to find logic and solve problems
• Collaborating respectfully with friendly remote colleagues
• Taking ownership and responsibility for work
