What You'll Do：
- Lead critical finance and strategy initiatives across the BUs (eg Spot, NFT, Futures, Earn etc)Influence the leadership team on business performance, market investment strategies, resource allocation, and risks/opportunitiesDevelop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholdersLead strategic and financial planning processes such as business forecasting and goal-settingBuild relationships and collaborate with leaders across BUs and Finance team to find solutions to challengesDrive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancementsBuild and own scenario models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
Who You Are：
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a professional services environment (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, Big 4 accounting) and/or in an FP&A or strategic finance role at a large technology companyFinance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration are preferred major fieldsAnalytical problem solver with extensive experience building complex financial and/or operating modelsAbility to craft executive-level presentations and develop succinct narratives outlining the key points of a deliverable and next step action itemsDemonstrated abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholdersProven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocksExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the company, including board members
