Memora Health works with leading healthcare organizations to make complex care journeys simple for patients and clinicians so that care is more accessible, actionable, and always-on. Our team is expanding our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Director of Product Marketing.   The Director of Product Marketing will focus on supporting go-to-market strategy and execution in the health system and payor markets, working closely with the Commercial, Product, and Clinical Programs teams to drive alignment and evangelism. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare — looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive product marketing initiatives, including packaging, positioning, and launching, by partnering closely with the Sales, Product and Executive teams to provide input and gain buy-in.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the buying audience and lead the messaging and positioning of Memora to prospects within our discrete commercial segments: Providers, Payors, and Digital Health. 
  • Develop product collateral characterized by compelling and relatable narratives that engage buyers and impress our unique capabilities.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our product portfolio to Sales and develop tools and training that support sales enablement, such as presentation templates, case studies, videos, competitive briefs, FAQs, positioning guides, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to solicit qualitative and quantitative feedback from buyers and users, and align our growth, renewal and retention activity with an informed understanding of market sentiment.
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy to stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape in order to identify and amplify product differentiators in a rapidly developing market.
  • Understand Memora’s corporate strategy and brand, and use this to inform positioning, targeting, messaging, and sales enablement resources.
  • Serve as a hands-on, utility player in a lean, high-growth environment

Qualifications (Required):

  • 5+ years B2B product marketing experience in a healthcare/SaaS company
  • Proven ability to coordinate and create consensus within cross-functional groups
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills that emphasize value storytelling for B2B audiences
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance shifting priorities within the context of higher level business goals and ambitious department goals

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • 2+ years of experience working in a high-growth B2B healthtech startup
  • Experience analyzing B2B sales data from Salesforce, Gong, and similar platforms

Memora is committed to the principle of pay equity and regularly assesses compensation across our U.S. work locations resulting in a standard pay range, typically updated each year. The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role. Remote- U.S. Pay Range $168,000—$200,000 USD
