Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Propy’s mission and business objectives in the real estate, crypto, and AI sectors.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for blog posts, articles, whitepapers, social media updates, and case studies tailored to Propy's audience.
- Editorial Oversight: Ensure all content aligns with Propy’s brand voice and strategic goals, maintaining high quality, consistency, and relevance.
- Tone of Voice & Key Messaging: Establish and refine Propy’s tone of voice and key messaging across all content to resonate with stakeholders in real estate and blockchain.
- Industry Research: Stay updated with trends in real estate, crypto, and AI to inform content strategy and maintain thought leadership.
- Creative Campaigns: Design and implement innovative content marketing campaigns that highlight Propy’s unique value proposition and drive engagement.
- Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar and oversee the publication process to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to create content that educates and engages the audience about blockchain, real estate technology, and AI.
- Performance Analytics: Measure and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep Propy at the forefront of content marketing in real estate and blockchain.
- PR and Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to enhance Propy's brand visibility and reputation.
- Social Media Management: Oversee Propy's social media presence, creating and curating content to engage followers and promote brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in content marketing, preferably within the tech or real estate sectors.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and real estate transactions.
- Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with AI applications in marketing and real estate is a plus.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of content.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop creative content ideas and strategies.
