About the role: 

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Responsibilities:  

• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.
• Implement end-to-end systems for gathering and reporting on metrics, including evaluation of new tools to surface the data such as Retool
• Work with the engineering team to improve data gathering and telemetry
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
• Ensure metric coverage to web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
• Build out financial data for analysis of revenues and projections across consumer and enterprise products
• Creating tools to store data within the organization.
• Develop, test and maintain the visual and interactive components of business intelligence products used by Stability.
• Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. 
• Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
• Resolve support tickets related to dashboard and business metrics..

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence gathering frameworks
• Experience developing dashboards in platforms such as Retool
• Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of end-user interfaces.
• Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
• Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
• A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization
• Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing metrics driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of dashboard administration/architecture.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience in data visualization, design, and development & implementation of front-end parts (e.g. dashboards and web frontends).
• Experience using relevant coding languages, incl. knowledge in markup languages (HTML & CSS) or advanced analytics visualization methods.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile working practices.
• Bachelor’s degree (Mathematics computer science, information systems, or related field), or equivalent education (preferred Master’s degree)
