Summary
Eager to start a lucrative career in software sales within an established innovative company? Are you looking for a sold training program within the software industry? Are you self-motivated and financially driven? Are you results oriented? As a Sopheon Business Development Representative, you will increase sales opportunities and awareness of Sopheon in medium size and enterprise organizations. You will help build sales pipeline by securing sales meetings for Account Executives, using warm and cold calling methodologies and targeted campaigns.

Principal Responsibilities
- Uncover, qualify and build opportunities to drive a pipeline of high-quality leads for Sopheon solutions within the assigned territory and/or target accounts by maintaining daily call and email volume and leveraging research and opportunistic trigger events, news and announcements.
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns against pre-defined criteria.
- Participate in execution of targeted marketing and sales campaigns, including outbound calling into target accounts
- Capture sales prospecting activity using HubSpot Enter new contacts into this system as acquired through pipeline follow-up and lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal skills (New)
- Good time management and people skills.
- High energy, results oriented
- Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve volume and quality task objectives.
- Desire to learn and stay current on sales and marketing methodologies, and related technologies.
Requirements
- 0-1 year sales experience
- BA/BS Degree not required, but some college is desired-recent grads encouraged to apply!
- Desire to develop a career in software sales
- “Go-Getter” mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn
Compensation
- Compensation plan includes base salary, performance bonuses and corporate bonus
- Unlimited upside on performance bonuses
