Real Estate Financial Analyst

This role is to become a Real Estate Financial Analyst for existing and future clients in Real Estate and Investment sectors. You will be working with a wide variety of professionals, including real estate developers, real estate fund/asset managers, and general investment fund/portfolio managers.

Role Overview

Upside is seeking a Real Estate Finance Analyst to provide financial and strategic advice to Token Issuers looking to issue blockchain tokens for real-world assets (namely, Real Estate). The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of both real estate finance and the blockchain technology landscape. This role is part time, estimated at 10-15 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and financial consultation to real estate developers and fund managers looking to issue tokens for real world assets
• Work closely with our investor network to monitor and analyze market trends relevant to our clients
• Work closely with our Legal and Token Advisory teams to develop tailored Tokenomics reports for Issuers
• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models, analyze data and provide recommendations based on findings
• Participate in client meetings to understand their business models and financial needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate finance, private equity, investment banking, or a related field
• FINRA Series 7 licensure strongly preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment
